Obituary for Stephanie Jeanne Snyder

Stephanie Jeanne Snyder, age 50 of Shakopee, passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at her Third Avenue Home.
Stephanie was born on April 22, 1966 the daughter of Edwin Fredrick and Pamela Rae (Kammann) Snyder.
Stephanie loved her horses and dogs, Johnny Cash, scary movies and the water. She was a gold medalist swimmer and equestrian in Special Olympics. She loved to be active and travel. One of her greatest joys was swimming with the dolphins. To fund those many adventures, Stephanie worked diligently at New Options, MRCI and Life Works. She was extremely proud of her work accomplishments.
Stephanie is survived by her mother, Pamela Snyder; foster sister, Ann Rossman; sister, Emily Fischer; brothers, Ted and Robson Snyder; her loving and caring staff at Third Avenue, Jodi B., Sonia R., Tiffany E., Jessica M., Sara S., Julie C., Danielle L., Danielle C., Gabby G., Claudia L., Tabitha H., Celia B. and Brittany S.; her special friends, Joni and Joyce; nieces and nephews that loved her, Jack, Luke and Cole Fischer, McCallain, Rowan, Charlotte, Nola and Beatrix Snyder and William, Sofie and Corrine Snyder. She is preceded in death by her father, Edwin “Fred” Snyder and the Schwartze's, her foster parents.

Memorials are preferred to the Special Olympics team, the Tri-County Chargers.
